Free AI Harbor (freeaiharbor.com) is a free, browser-based AI tools workspace. We provide 150+ on-device and cloud-connected AI workflows that run directly in your browser. "We", "us", and "our" refer to the operators of Free AI Harbor.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Automatically Collected Data
When you visit Free AI Harbor, our hosting provider (Hostinger) and analytics services may automatically collect standard server log information, including:
- Your IP address (typically anonymised)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring URL and pages visited
- Date and time of access
2.2 Data You Provide
We do not require account registration or collect personally identifiable information directly. However, when you use our tools you may type or upload content (text, images, or audio files) as tool inputs. See Section 5 for how these are handled.
2.3 Browser Storage
We use your browser's localStorage to store:
- Your saved tool bookmarks
- AI Chat conversation history (on-device chats only)
- Your tool preferences and settings
This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

5. How Uploaded Images & Files Are Processed
Many Free AI Harbor tools accept image, audio, or text file uploads (for example, Image to Text, Audio Transcriber, Portrait Background Remover).
- On-device tools: Your files are read into browser memory only. They are not uploaded to any external server. Closing or reloading the tab clears all data.
- Cloud-connected tools (e.g. Gemini, Groq): If you use a cloud-connected tool and provide an API key, your input (which may include text or images) is sent directly from your browser to the selected third-party provider (e.g. Google, Groq). Free AI Harbor does not relay, store, or log this data. The provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle it.
- Retention: We do not retain uploaded files. No file data is written to our servers at any point.
6. How We Use Your Data
We use the automatically collected data described in Section 2.1 to:
- Operate and improve the service
- Diagnose technical issues
- Understand aggregate usage patterns (anonymised)
- Display contextually relevant advertisements via Google AdSense
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
7. Data Sharing
We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Our hosting provider (Hostinger) processes server logs as necessary to operate the site. They are bound by their own data processing terms.
- Advertising partners: Google AdSense receives cookie data as described in Section 4.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
